How long does it take to process my order?

All orders received before 11am CST, Monday through Friday, will process your order on the same day. We don't ship the orders on Saturday, Sunday and National Holiday. ( i.e. New year's Day, Memorial Day, Veteran's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, President's Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we do free shipping for domestic orders when it's $500 USD and over.

(Free shipping is not available for Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico)

should i order $100 usd to check out?

Yes, to be qualified as a business account, customers are required to place an order $100 USD at every purchase.
